Ralph Canape, the President of The Resource Select Group, has a background in management with Fortune 500 Companies. Ralph graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Siena College in Loudonville, New York and attained a Masters Degree from Lehigh University. Ralph was Vice President of Sales for ADP in LaPalma, Ca for 8 years. Leading a sales and operations team of over 50 people, Ralph earned President's Club every year and was recognized as having the leading region in 1991 in dollars sold and gross margin achieved. In 1992, ADP recognized his region for having the lowest turnover in the country.

 

After leaving ADP in 1993, Ralph joined Ceridian Employer Services as Western Regional Manager with an annual sales quota of $60 million and a sales and operations organization of over 70 people. Under his leadership, the sales grew over 30 % in the first year and NOI doubled. Ralph was also instrumental in bringing new selling techniques to Ceridian's major and national account team by introducing the Miller-Heiman approach of strategic selling. In 1994, he was recognized by Lawrence Pearlman, President of Ceridian, as the leading manager of all Ceridian Corporation.

 

In 1997, Ralph started a recruiting firm solely to help organizations find professionals proactively with a defined process.  In those years, The Resource Select Group has developed a history of helping Fortune 500 companies and small growing organizations find successful people.

 

With his experience, Ralph can bring instant results for a company by presenting key people.  He has "walked in the shoes" of a hiring manager and had P&L responsibility as a corporate executive. He understands the need to find quality individuals while operating under a time guideline.

Larry D’Amato (located in southern California) has been with The Resource Select Group since 2003. His background is software and technical sales. A graduate of SUNY of Binghamton, New York, Larry started his career as a programmer at Northrop Gruman. Soon after that, Larry entered into sales and was very successful with long tenures at IBM, Xerox, Automatic Data Processing and Ultimate Software. Larry has successfully managed quotas as high as a $2 million in new revenue.


With his experience as a successful quota carrier in the very competitive B2B environment, Larry understands the equation to make the right fit for both the client and the candidate. Larry’s motto is “always listen first.” Larry’s addiction to this attribute allows him to know exactly the needs of the candidate and the client to make the perfect match.

Peggy Pawson has been with The Resource Select Group since 2000. Her background is advertising and telemarketing sales. Peggy and her team have been instrumental in developing a revolutionary sourcing method. Her system allows The Resource Select group to identify Presidents VPs, COOS, as well as Frontline managers and employees. This allows The Resource Select Group to Identify the very best employers which to work with as well as finding the right candidate for that difficult opening.
