had P&L responsibility as a corporate executive. Mr. Canape

The Resource Select Group uses its process to pro-actively recruit
candidates to our clients. We do not run advertisements in print
or on the Internet and wait. Our firm prides itself as a search
firm that earns every nickel it is paid. We believe our clients
want an individual that is already successful with another company
or industry, but is not aware of the opportunity one of our clients
might have. We ask our clients what kind of candidate they would
like to hire, and we go out and find that person.
