Our 5 Step Search Process:
Step 1: Define requirements and profile
Step 2: Identify 10-20 potential candidates with a background that fits the needs of the prospective client. This will demand calling into companies (possibly competitors, to find the ideal candidate).
Step 3: Establish strong “hooks” that will entice quality candidates to engage in dialog with the prospective client: create /approve search specification test, scripts, voicemail and e-mails that will be presented or left/sent to successful candidates who are not looking. Imperative to work with the employer to develop reasons why a successful candidate not looking for new opportunities would be interested in the position
Step 4: Work hard to secure interest; committed to gathering resumes of the candidates and identify to present short-list candidates/client interviews
Step 5: Share any strengths of each submittal to client to determine best individual to be offered for the position.
